Through development and acquisitions, HealthSmart has grown into a nationwide healthcare benefits organization. In the Fall of 2008, we rebranded our company and all divisions with a common HealthSmart identity. The rebranding is a visual representation of our intent to become a streamlined and integrated healthcare services company capable of providing a range of wholly-owned services to our clients. Our flexibility allows us to custom fit our services to the needs of any organization and to find the healthcare solution that is smarter than any other.

Part of our rebranding efforts means closing down various HealthSmart websites that do not reflect the HealthSmart brand. By the end of June 2010, the following websites will be redirected to www.healthsmart.com/interplan.aspx:
